Refund and cancellation policy.

1. Trial classes

Trial classes are 30 minutes, one to one and completely free of cost. You can book unlimited trial classes with as many educators as you want, all within seven working days. No payment details are collected and there is no obligation to enrol afterwards.

2. Educator change policy

We operate a no questions asked educator change policy. If the fit is not right at any point in your programme, request a change and we will arrange another free trial with a different specialist educator within the same seven working day window, at no additional cost.

3. Cancellation of a programme

A written cancellation request may be sent to success@kapreps.com from the email address registered at the time of enrolment. Cancellation takes effect from the date the request is received and acknowledged by our team.

4. Refunds

Refunds are calculated on sessions not yet delivered as on the date of an acknowledged cancellation request. Sessions already delivered, and any assessment or study material fee already utilised, are non refundable.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Timelines for the amount to reflect in your account depend on your bank or payment provider.

5. Missed and rescheduled sessions

Sessions cancelled by the learner with adequate prior notice are rescheduled wherever the mentor's calendar allows. Sessions missed without notice are treated as delivered. Sessions cancelled by KA Preps are always rescheduled or credited back to your plan.
